I won!

At times I feel like the unluckiest (i know that is not a word but it's all I can think of right now!) person in the world. But my luck is finally turning around...I won a giveaway from seriouslysoblessed.blogspot.com. I am so EXCITED...I never win anything. I think I won some candy or brownies or something from the sweet tooth fairy. It doesn't even matter what I won, it's just the fact that I actually won something. My luck is back...hopefully this means good things for me!

date night

I got an unexpected early birthday present in the mail yesterday...clothes of course! I was so excited about it that I wanted to get dressed up and go out for a night on the town. I picked Kelly up from school around 4:30 and we headed to Idaho Falls. We had an early dinner (we are like old people, we like to beat the rush :) and then we went SHOPPING!

I needed some new clothes so we headed to the mall and found some awesome sales. Kelly was such a good sport, he followed me around and carried the clothes I wanted to try on. He came into the dressing room with me and actually gave me his honest opinion regarding my outfits. I never thought I would like shopping with a boy but I actually really enjoyed it! I have the greatest husband ever. We ended up getting a lot of great clothes with a small price tag.

We had a really good night, my ideal date. Next week we're going to have to get a huge pizza and see a shoot em' up movie to even things out. :)
